1 Thessalonians 5:17 enjoins us to pray without ceasing, PRAYER is not just to get all our needs met on earth. It is the only avenue where we can communicate with our heavenly God. We are spirit being and God can only be contacted in the spirit. Although God knows and understand all our troubles, PRAYER is the only way we can show our dependence on our God who made us and placed us on this planet earth. We are clay in His hands, like of A Potter and a sheep in His hands, like of A Shepherd.
You may not want to pray but you need prayer to survive this wicked world. There are so many evil occurrences on daily basis; it is through prayer that evil can be averted. Many destinies have been mortgaged by the power of the enemies; it is through prayer that destiny can be restored. Society, people, situation, and circumstances will bring pebbles, stones, hills, mountain and valley across your path to stop you, and me from successfully walking through the journey of life, Prayer is the antidote for accomplishing all these heights.
So, prayer becomes our necessary food, where we get vitamins to grow and glow in life, without which, life becomes boring, and frustration becomes the order of the day. Human being can become a toy and tissue for waste in the hands of Mr. Lucifer, if you fail to take your place in place of prayer. Prayer is not one of the options, it is the only option!
In this ministry, we conduct powerful daily devotional for 1 hour, sharing the word, and prayer from Monday to Saturday between 6:00am to 7:00am.
We conduct prayer seminars, prayer retreat and various prayer programs from time to time, check on this website regularly. Popular amongst some of these programs is our monthly Prayerain, and yearly December 30days fasting and prayer, we tagged it “Win your battle before your battle”. Prayer rain was a non-stop 24 hours, at 3 hours intervals of prayer marathon. Drought is combatted by rain, so we tagged it “PRAYERAIN” to combat every spiritual, financial, marital and career drought in the life of the people of God. Grace Dunamis Ministries actually started as a Church from this arm of the ministries.
Grace Dunamis Ministries is a church born out of passion to help a would-be true disciple of the Lord Jesus Christ to find solace in time of battle. Ephesians 2.8-9. For it is by GRACE you have been saved, through FAITH—and this is not from yourselves, it is the GIFT of GOD— 9 not by works, so that no one can boast.
GRACE is the unmerited favor of the Lord, a gift bestowed by God to man to find redemption in Christ. John 1.12 says “But as many as received Him, to them gave HE POWER to become the sons of GOD, even to them that believe on HIS name”
When man messed up through Adam and Eve in the garden of Eden, GOD Himself restored man back to Himself by killing the animal in Genesis 3.21 and He used the skin of the animal to cover the nakedness of man (a symbol of Christ who shed His blood in the New Testament). By so doing, man regained the power to enjoy the favor of God again. It was in this that the name Grace Dunamis Ministries came out from. There is a Power (Dunamis) that accompanied the work of our salvation, though free but not cheap. There was a ransom for it and thanks to JESUS CHRIST (the captain of our salvation) who paid the ransom and then gave us this (power) dunamis to become the sons and daughters of GOD. At Grace Dunamis Ministries, we are therefore not perfect people, but people that are forgiven, and now living to enjoy the freedom purchased for us by JESUS CHRIST’S blood, and His power that delivered us from all of our sins.
2022 IS OUR YEAR OF DOUBLE PORTION
Isaiah 61:7
For your shame YOU SHALL HAVE DOUBLE; and for confusion they shall rejoice in their portion: therefore in their land they shall POSSESS THE DOUBLE; everlasting joy shall be unto them.
Year of DOUBLE PORTION. We have high hope and expectation as we came into the year 2022, having finished 2021 with our yearly 30 Day fasting and prayer daily, before we crossed over into the new year 2022.
We are so excited for greater things GOD has in stock for us in this 2022. The year kicked off with 22 days nightly vigil on the prayerline, all the ministers on the prayerline were present every night. Rev. O.E.Oluwole minstered through the whole 22 days vigil.
Double portion is possible, double portion is accessible and without doubt, we will all have our double portion in Jesus name. We are to reap fruits of all that we had sown, unfortunately, if you did not sow, I wonder what you will have during this harvest of double portion. It’s like investing in the bank, you can easily go there and draw money whenever you need cash. In this race of salvation, many of us have sown faith, our faithful God will reward us. Many have sown righteousness, commitment and dedication, without any doubt, God will remember everyone and bring all these into fulfillment this year 2022 in Jesus name.
We are back to our regular morning devotional from Monday to Saturday from 6.00am to 7.00am (pacific time zone), We cannot afford to forget the dance that made us popular. If GOD brought us through the gruesome year 2021 which majority of us never knew we could made it through because of the pandemic, then, we must not depart from earnest prayer and our love for the Lord. We must seek Him more than before, because the devil, our arc enemy is never on vacation, neither will he rest his bout gloves. John 10.10 attested to his three aims of attack; to kill, steal and destroy. We need the captain of our salvation JESUS CHRIST on our side continually, to defeat and disgrace the devil and all his generals on our behalf.
There are dream killers, blessings snatchers and destiny armed robbers. We need to stay strong, keep waiting, watching and be focused, we cannot afford to slumber. A soldier at the battle-field cannot sleep, he might be paying dearly with his life and the lives of his comrades.
God brought us through the year 2021, in spite of all evils that happened in the year. We are in the New Year 2022. The year of DOUBLE PORTION.
Devil and his agents who did not want us to make it till 2022 are not relenting or walking away from us. They are still fighting to bring us back to zero level. We must make up our mind to do what we need to do, to be who we need to be in fervent, mountain moving warfare prayer that pulls down strongholds of satan in our lives, home, ministry, business and in all our endeavors.
